What a fabulous day in the N. Georgia Mountains. Winter so far has not been harsh and due to unseasonably warm temperatures daffodils are in bloom all around.  The market seems to be in the upward trend, although buyers continue to look for foreclosures and steals, sometimes missing out on some great opportunities without the hassle of the foreclosure process.  It continues to be a Buyers’ Market.
